A beverage-can begins its life as a thin, silver aluminum disk. It is then pressed into a beverage can and given a neck where the lid is later rolled on. And then comes the graphics, giving the can its name, a shiny print and a proud personality. And finally, the can goes to the filling plant, where it receives its content and is packaged.
Our job is the entire journey from the empty silver can until it ends up with the customer as your amazing lifestyle product.
About Us
Our founders have been producing a lot of various drinks since 1995. Initially, work was carried out on beverage innovations like Energy-Shots or liquid Coffe or Tea concentrates, but from 1996 the focus was placed on the Energydrink-can business. From this point on, the company primarily supplied large retail chains with 20 million cans per year or more. But individual small customers with MOQ quantities of only 150,000 cans were also always welcome. Since 1995, various drinks have been developed in the company’s own laboratory and extensive know-how has been built up. And our customers appreciate that we help with patience and perseverance to support their success right from the start.

Scope of works
As a special service, we also develop Energydrink recipes, provided that we then produce the order. We don’t just offer product development alone. Since 1995, various recipes have been developed in the company’s own laboratory, and extensive Know-How has been created.
As part of a production order, we take care of:
- advice of the creation of the can label-text with mandatory content for the buyer country
- advice on the execution of a reproducible vectorized can graphic
- permissibility and limitations of berverage ingredients in the purchasing country
- complete production process from can and ingredients procurement up to delivery EXW
- outsourced laboratory analysis of microbiology and other requested key ingredients

- packaging in unprinted or on request printed 24 can trays with shrink film
- the industrial production of printed empty cans requires minimum order quantities
- in general, the minimum order quantity for printed empty cans is 250.000 units
- in exceptional cases, can producers will also manufacture 150.000 cans (surcharge!)
- absolutely new from 2024 is the offer of only 10,000 printed cans (surcharge!)
